My skin is taking a while to generate. Generations usually finish in under a minute. If one fails, your tokens are refunded automatically — just try again.
How do I use my skin in Minecraft? Export as a PNG for Java (upload it at minecraft.net), or download the .mcpack for Bedrock/PE and open it — Minecraft imports it automatically.
How do I delete a skin? Open it from your profile and choose Delete.
How do I delete my account? Email us from your account address and we'll remove it within 30 days.
